Required Dedicated Internet Monthly Packages (Premium Enterprise Grade – 99.9% uptime guaranteed):

1. Camp A – Dedicated 30 Mbps symmetrical internet line × 12 months
2. Camp B – Dedicated 30 Mbps symmetrical internet line × 12 months
3. Camp C – Dedicated 60 Mbps symmetrical internet line × 12 months
4. Camp D – Dedicated 20 Mbps symmetrical internet line × 12 months

Mandatory Technical & Operational Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Valid and current CMC (Communications and Media Commission) license in Iraq
• Minimum two (2) own signal receiver/transmission towers already operational inside or very close to Missan Oilfield providing existing services to oil & gas companies
• Private supplier camp accommodation inside Missan Oilfield or Buzurgan Terminal
• Full-time dedicated Internet Engineer stationed 24/7 on site with professional certification and minimum 3 years of field experience in oilfield networks (salary, housing, food, transport fully borne by supplier)
• All technicians and vehicles must hold valid long-term Missan Oilfield security badges and passes
• Proven track record of stable service delivery in Missan/Basra oilfields without major outages in the last 3 years
