These estimates are based on our projected consumption for the basecamp’s kitchen operations, serving a team of over 200 personnel. We anticipate placing orders on an as-needed basis throughout the year, with each delivery required within 7 days of our official request to minimize downtime. All shipments must be directed to Anton Basecamp, Buzurgan, Iraq, and we require comprehensive documentation including certificates of origin (favoring Iran-sourced spices for authenticity and cost efficiency), quality assurance reports (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000), lab test results for purity and contaminants, and halal certification where applicable. For seamless international trade, we’re open to FOB or CIF Incoterms, with priority on the most economical and reliable option.

Bidder Qualifications: To ensure alignment with our standards, eligible participants must:
- Hold independent legal entity status with full contractual authority, relevant business scope, and general taxpayer credentials.
- Demonstrate strong financial standing, impeccable reputation, active operations without suspensions, liens, bankruptcy, or any major contractual disputes/dishonest practices in the last three years.
