1. Price Adjustment Clause (Freight) “Should ocean freight exceed USD 38.00/MT, Seller reserves the right to adjust CFR price upwards by 100 % of the excess. Buyer shall accept new LC amendment within 48 hours or Seller may cancel without penalty.”

6. Arbitration – Singapore, English Law “All disputes arising shall be finally settled under Rules of Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) by one arbitrator. Seat Singapore, language English. No appeal excluded.”
