Call for Expressions of Interest: Professional Auction Services for Vehicles and Equipment
We are pleased to announce this Call for Interest on behalf of MAG (Mines Advisory Group), a respected international humanitarian NGO committed to landmine clearance and explosive ordnance disposal. Our mission focuses on safely returning contaminated land to communities in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI), enabling safe living, agriculture, and development in line with national regulations and global best practices. We maintain the highest levels of transparency, accountability, and ethical standards throughout all our activities.
To support our ongoing operations efficiently, MAG Iraq is now inviting qualified and experienced companies to express interest in providing comprehensive auction services for the disposal of vehicles, machinery, and various other equipment assets. We are looking for professional auctioneers capable of handling the full process, including valuation, cataloging, marketing, online and/or live auctions, bidder management, secure payments, and transparent transfer of ownership.

Key requirements include:
- Proven track record in conducting successful auctions for similar assets (vehicles, heavy equipment, office machinery, etc.) in Iraq or the region
- Ability to maximize recovery value through effective promotion and competitive bidding
- Compliance with Iraqi laws, tax regulations, and international NGO procurement standards
- Strong logistical capabilities for asset inspection, storage (if required), and handover
- Experience with transparent reporting and documentation
This is a Call for Interest under Tender Reference: Auction Services – SD26-IQ-EHO-001. Purchaser: Mines Advisory Group (MAG) – Iraq
All submissions and communications must be in اللغة الإنجليزية. Please note that MAG will not cover any costs associated with preparing or submitting expressions of interest.

- Online Clarification/Q&A Meeting: 18 February 2026 at 10:30 AM
- Deadline for submitting clarification questions: 19 February 2026 at 04:00 PM
- MAG responses to clarifications issued by: 22 February 2026 at 04:00 PM
- Proposal submission deadline: 25 February 2026 at 04:00 PM
- Evaluation period, reviews, site visits/meetings (if applicable): Concludes by 08 March 2026 at 04:00 PM
- Overall evaluation summary: 15 March 2026 at 04:00 PM
- Notification to selected qualified providers: 19 March 2026 at 04:00 PM
We strongly encourage serious, registered, and verified auction service providers with relevant experience in the Iraqi market to participate.

Please submit your expression of interest/proposal with detailed company profile, previous auction references, proposed methodology, photos/samples of past auctions if available, service options, and best competitive pricing structure (including any commission rates, fees, or other costs).
