Anton Oilfield Services Company is inviting competitive quotations from established, verified telecommunications providers capable of delivering stable, high-speed dedicated internet connectivity for our main administrative office in Basra under a 12-month renewable framework agreement.

Service Description: Premium Dedicated Internet Access – 60 Mbps symmetrical (upload/download)
Contract Period: 01 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 (12 months)
Location: Anton Basra Head Office, Basra City, Iraq
Special Requirement: Two completely independent internet lines must be installed and terminated separately in → Room 201 (private dedicated line) → 2nd Floor Main Meeting Room (private dedicated line) to guarantee uninterrupted high-speed performance in these critical areas even during peak usage.

- Minimum 99.9% monthly uptime SLA with automatic redundancy
- 24/7 Arabic & English technical support and on-site response within 2 hours
- Public static IP block allocation (minimum /29)
- Full network security appliances (firewall, DDoS protection) included
Mandatory Pre-Bid Action: All interested bidders MUST schedule and complete an obligatory site survey at Anton Basra Office prior to quotation submission in order to fully understand existing infrastructure and exact termination points.
