Professional Media Production Services Required: High-Quality Video Shooting, Editing, and Photography for Humanitarian Projects in Iraq

To ensure the highest standards in visual storytelling, we require services that include full-day or half-day shoots (ranging from 1 to 8 hours), potentially involving 1-3 cameras and optional drone footage for dynamic perspectives. Videos must be produced in premium high-definition quality, with a minimum resolution of 1080p at 30 or 60 FPS, though 4K or 2K is highly preferred for superior clarity and professionalism. Audio capture should utilize advanced equipment such as wireless, omnidirectional, or condenser microphones, paired with high-quality recorders to minimize background noise and deliver crisp, clear sound suitable for various purposes.

Editing plays a crucial role in our requirements, and the selected agency must collaborate closely with our media team to refine content, incorporating scripts, translations, subtitles, and multiple revisions as needed. Final videos should range from 2 to 6 minutes depending on the type—such as general highlights, case studies featuring daily life activities, or workshop/event coverage. All raw materials must be shared within one day of shooting, with completed versions delivered between 4 and 7 days to accommodate feedback loops. Additionally, we may request raw or editable files in formats compatible with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar professional software for internal use.

For photography, we need high-resolution images captured in RAW format, with a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 50 edited photos per assignment, plus all unedited files for archiving. These should cover similar themes as the videos, ensuring they align with our organizational guidelines to build trust and authenticity in our communications.

This opportunity is structured as a 2-year framework agreement, allowing for flexible, on-demand services across key regions: the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI), Central Iraq, and Southern Iraq. While specific quantities are not fixed upfront, we anticipate multiple assignments, including those in different governorates, to support our bulk media needs for advocacy and program documentation. Timely delivery is essential, with raw photos sent on the same day as the shoot and edited versions within one day.

We also value additional expertise, such as film directing and scriptwriting to develop compelling narratives, large-screen FHD rentals per square meter for events, and public relations coordination with local media (including travel and management fees as extras). All work must comply with our sustainability policies, emphasizing ethical practices, child safeguarding, anti-harassment measures, and fraud prevention, along with required documentation like company registration, 2025 tax clearance, and owner/passport IDs.
